Merge branch '1124b_Fixing_Update_Order' into 'develop'

Updating Yacht Positions / Finish Screen

# Change Log 
* Yachts now update their position on the side bar as they pass marks 
* Finish screen is now displayed correctly at end of race, populated by races 

# Testing 
* Manual test log performed
